I have the following EQ settings captured: (1 is minimum, 5 is middle, 9 is dimed). Each EQ captured has Drive settings 3-9.

B - Bass, M - Mids, T - Treble

Bass Boost - B6, M5, T5

Mid Cut - B5, M4, T6

Mid Boost - B5, M6, T6

High Treble - B5, M5, T7

Treble Cut - B5, M5, T4

Mid Treble Boost - B4, M6, T6

Flat EQ - Everything at 5
