The JHS Legends of Fuzz Supreme is an exact replica of the 1972 Univox/Shin-Ei Super-Fuzz. The fuzz pedal has 2 switches (in addition to the Fuzz and volume levels):
Tone Button: Engages a preset mid-scoop EQ. It flattens the attack of the fuzz and makes the overall tone slightly smoother and more submissive.
Mode Button (JHS Mod): Activates the proprietary JHS Mode. This setting bypasses the standard scooped EQ of the original circuit and delivers a thicker, more aggressive mid-range with a much more pronounced octave-up effect and additional volume/boost.
This capture pack has 33 V2 Expanded captures featuring the following (PDF is in the file with all of these also for reference):
T - Tone button enabled (9 captures)
M - Mode button enabled (6 captures - for some reason Gain 1-3 were too quiet. Tried many many times)
MT - Mode and Tone buttons enabled (9 captures)
There are also 9 captures that don't have T, M or MT (and that's the original pedal - so none of the buttons enabled).
I have the following EQ settings captured: (1 is minimum, 5 is middle, 9 is dimed).
This pedal can get a little loud (as lots of high gain pedals do), so I'd suggest using a noise gate for this one.
